BBC, CNN, ALJAZEERA, FRANCE 24 and other trusted news media, carried a worrisome news yesterday about scientists who carried a health and safety test on world brand bottled water, and found existence of plastic particles are large as human hairs in appreciable quantities. Such world brand bottled water filled Nigeria stores, but are bottled locally.
If these brands which are bottled in countries where Environment, Health and Safety are not compromised, We here are guzzling our way to serious health issues.
NAFDAC and other health institutions in Nigeria should wake up to tell Nigeria the bill of risk we are exposed to.
