Good day everyone
i recently felt a painless lump at the top of my left testicle. Well the lump tends to be movable and is very close to my vas deferens. I am one who examines my body regularly and i tend to be disturbed now.
I don't have difficulties in urination or ejaculation but i do have a semen like discharge before i pass out a urine especially when i am passing out faeces. This doesn't occur often though...
please i need help
