There is no evidence Adam and eve family multiples through incest atleast if we use the scripture, incest being a sin was pronounced in Leviticus and I think that only time it was mentioned and yea there are medical implications maybe that's reason for the change, medically if Adam and eve family really grew through incest it makes sense cos they were first of their kind.

That's something I can't logically answer, some say its through incest but I would like to see certain evidences before agreeing to that, if we use the bible scriptures, Abel died and Cain was sent away though its said he got married to one of his sisters, the bible recorded Adam had many more kids, probably they reproduced among themselves but we need evidences to be sure
