I saw one at Obalende struggling with the owner of a toyota sienna to remove the car key. In the middle of the bridge into Ikoyi. I came down and asked the lastma guy why he has resorted to this car snatching. He said that the guy dropped someone on the road and that is why he pursued him, entered his car and wanted to remove the key. I gave the driver my number and told him that if he is not released, he should call me. Guess he was left to go. The Governor has told them that minor infractions should be ignored in order to ensure free flowing traffic and the guy was creating serious traffic impediment by trying to remove the key of a moving car while dragging the steering with the owner. The hustle is real. Olowu unit is needed to sit up

The lastma on the second roundabout after coming down dopemu bridge ie in front of diamond bank are simply beggars. Once you slow down to negotiate the roundabout they all gather by your windows hailing you and begging you for money. it is so embarrassing. Because of them folks try to avoid that spot. God help you if you have your windows wound down. You go taya.

Welcome to Lagos... LASTMA are meant to direct you on proper use of the road by standing in all strategic places to direct motorists, but reverse is the case...... They will go and hide in a corner and be waiting for you to break traffic laws unknowingly, and then jump in front of your vehicles from nowhere... Even you sef will be amazed with their skills...
