I got a method to unlock E303, u need Universal Code Writer and firmware! u can unlocked it!! it's work google it out..

To ease yourself, download dc-unlocker version 1.00.0987 and try detecting your modem with it. If its detected, then it would be easy to unlock

You don't need serial number to unlock modem, u need the IMEI number, when u download the Huaweu Modem Unlocker software it automatically detect your IMEI number even somebody use easer ease am...so go download it and give it a try....bye bye..

Plug your modem to your PC and run the software, select port and click read, then it ll display your modem info
