you don't even need new algo to unlock that modem, just do this, I guess it is Huawei? find someone who is using another Huawei, install the software on your PC(you can also use that person PC), input the code femi gave you... it will work. This thing is simple

or drop your bb pin, I will add you and send you a software to write the code into the modem.

Does this software work for WiFi modems?

Thanks bro. Worked like magic. My glo SIM keeps fluctuating between EDGE and WCDMA on the HUAWEI E3531s-2.
I have a challenge of setting a stable 3G only through the Mtn browser interface. How can I set a 3G only network mode or is there an application I can download to do that for me?
