No need to download any program to unlock 3g modem. You can unlock dongles freely via mapmyplace/calc/ google it.

EUGENE4GOO: The new Airtel Huawei E173u-2 does prompt up code to input unlock code ant dccrap could not unlock it. The only option is to upgrade firmware but to upgrade or update is not working.
