A self-taught rocket scientist finally went up – just like He always pledged he would.

The world is becoming increasingly interesting as you can teach yourself just about anything. This week we watched that happen in the life of a man who just longed to be a space scientist and decided to teach himself.

Saturday, the day he finally launched his rocket, it seemed like it would be cancelled just like every other time he had wanted to launch given that the wind was strong and his rocket was losing steam. Ideally, they wanted it at 350 psi for maximum thrust, but it was dropping to 340.
