*it is in Anambra state that you can find the biggest &
largest number of rich individual enterpreneurs in
nigeria. *Anambra is one of the oil producing states in
Nigeria,....(Or ient petroleums) *Anambra state has its
own political party...(APGA) * Anambra state has the biggest & largest market in west africa & also the biggest commercial hub of nigeria (main market onitsha) . * Anambra has the first indigeneous car manufacturing plant in nigeria, situated at nnewi....owned by (chief. Innocent chukwuma....of innoson motors) ...from Anambra state.
Talk about Cyprian Ekwensi the Novelist, Coscharis of Coscharis motors, Mr Peter Obi, Ifeanyi Uba Capital oil of Nnewi, Emeka Offor of Orifite, Koteck of Nnewi makers of Kotec spare parts and tummy tummy noodles,

Nigeria has produced so many brilliant individuals.....

And the list goes on ..
Anambra is indeed a blessed land maybe not with natural resources but great human resource ..
It is intriguing that an anambarian no matter where he or she is located has a deep desire to succeed irrespective of his or her choice of profession or career..

But I actually know a guy (whose people are from Anambra state) and who deeply resembles the Okoye twins....even showed him and his family the pics of them.
His sister thought they did resemble each other, but his dad said they were no relation but my goodness...the resemblance is so striking.

Nigeria is a country that is highly dependent on crude oil (natural resource) from which after its sale to the international community they (F.G)share to all states in the federation with oil producing states taking the lion share..ANAMBRA however is not an oil producing state but
1.paid and still pays its workers regularly as at when due
2.will implement the new minimum wage (54000) in july
This however cannot be said of some oil producing states
The duo of psquare (peter and paul okoye) hail from ifetedunu in dunukofia local government area in Anambra state..they were born and brought up in busa buji area of jos plateau state their dad owned the now defunct twins bread.
They had their secondary and tertiary education at st murumba jos and university of abuja respectively..despite not growing in ANAMBRA state the in built Anambra spirit made them break records..
Same can be said of Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe first indigenious president of Nigeria who was born in zungeru Niger state ..and the list goes on
