1. What scale do I want to start with?
2. Do I want to go into table size production or seed stock production or both?
3. What system will I use,earthen pond or concrete pond?
4. Will I produce my own feeds or buy ready-made feeds?
5. Do I have the man-power with the required technical know-how?
6. What do I have on ground?
