All those fast foods you've mentioned all
come under 'junk food' classification.

It's their prerogative because, it's their food
& they've done the necessary research to
determine the calorie values of them.

In those countries, its ppl that are not well off
that constantly eat such garbage. That's why its
generally poor ppl especially blacks that always
have obesity problems. You can't see a well to do
man being overweight in the US or Europe.

Buy come to 9ja, its only 'big men' & their families
that have big potbellies & suffer obesity, because it's
only them that can afford 'junk food' in Chicken Republic,
Mr Biggs, Starbucks, KFC & others.

Here, the reverse is the case. you can NEVER see
an obese 'poor man'.

In fact, in the US, fried chicken is seen as

Fried rice is an Asian (Chinese) recipe and they are probably the healthiest people on earth! ( most of their recipes are fried and they consume a lot of rice)
The reason why most US citizens suffer from obesity is because most of their foods is genetically modified, while the reason why Nigerians suffer from obesity is mainly because of large portions of food we consume like the size you were pictured eating
