Help guys
I'm suffering from depression, I've been depressed for so long I no longer connect with people, I no longer have a clear perspective about the outside world. Nobody seems to understand me I hardly connect with my family my father even makes things worse. Most times I even have suicidal thoughts, I've been under so much pressure I don't even know what to do with my life anymore...
I can't even go to bed with a smiling face each day seems so small to accomplish anything of importance... I'm lost I need help..I don't have any joy or happiness.
I just need someone I can connect with who would understands me who would serve as a beacon of hope someone I can pour my feelings to.
