Federal Road Safety Corp does not mean they should be on federal roads only. It means it is established by Federal Government just like:
Federal Government College
Federal University of Technology
Federal Inland Revenue Service

Better know your fights now, road safety corps are meant for federal highways, their jurisdiction don't apply to state roads, be advised, they actually have no legal rights or backings to operate on state roads or local routes

You'd find this types of truck at places like,idiroko,ogbomoso,ife,okene,kava,ijesa,sapele,para I,bukuruumunede,etc
