Federal Road Safety Corp does not mean they should be on federal roads only. It means it is established by Federal Government just like:
Federal Government College
Federal University of Technology
Federal Inland Revenue Service

Better know your fights now, road safety corps are meant for federal highways, their jurisdiction don't apply to state roads, be advised, they actually have no legal rights or backings to operate on state roads or local routes

This is Nigeria where anything happens and you wonder what the road enforcement corps are doing to instil law and order on our roads knowing well that any slight mistake may be disastrous to road users and also to the community. This truck was sighted along Oke Owa - Imushin Rd, at Ilese at it was overloaded with woods... What if something goes wrong and one of the chains broke loose, what will happen? See more of the pictures below...

They are called the Agbegi lodo, they don't ply state or high way, they are just coming from the Timber forest. Notable in States like Ogun, Ondo, Oyo etc. excluding Lagos.

You wan joke with Bedford trucks? Bedford and FIAT (T3) trucks are the strongest ever, even though old.

This truck will comfortably climb Akwanga hill. We call them 'slow and steady'
