Taking it up here doesn't mean he's going to fight the guy out rightly. He should start by investigating the whole scenery and get to know the other side. If boss is guilty, he is sanctioned. If he isn't, employee is punished for false accusation. Not going all lilly-livered upon hearing "he's an Indian". That is called inferiority complex.

This is a big fat lie. There is no crime in asking someone out or asking for a fling whether employees or employer. It is a simple case of yes or no. She was fired for something else and only held on to that excuse because she has been asked out before. The same way a lady was fired for incompetence in our firm and the next thing we heard is the story of the boss wanting to sleep with her. I arressted her with police and she started singing another thing. Not that it doesn't happen but most are lies.

We understand that Nigerian attitude to work sometimes leaves a lot to be desired but the case of working with Indians is a different matter. They are disgusting people to work with. I know them very well. I grew up with them. At a point we in the 80s family business had over 30 of them in employment. Then they were just like any other employee, skilled but from a poor country. But as the Nigerian economy dwindled and that of India grew they became the bosses in Nigeria owning businesses.
Do you know that before any new Indian worker is brought into the country he is indoctrinated on how to dominate the Nigerian employee through several means, sex, antisocial behavior, abuses etc just to dominate. Do you know an elderly Indian ( male) fellow years ago told me after drinking heavily that to get loyalty from his male staff he must f..k them? Ask any driver who has worked for an Indian about his experience. I know of my ex driver that told me of how his boss will fart in the car using AC. The driver will want to wind down but oga will not agree. He the planned for the man and ate enough beans. On the trip to Vi from ilupeju via third mainland bridge his boss released twice, the driver responded only to get a heavy slap from his boss. He said he parked the car, went to his boss and gave him two heavy slaps and then threw the car keys into the lagoon and walked away. You do not even have to be a driver to suffer the same fate. Be his lawyer sef, once you get in the car he must fart to dominate you. It might have to do with their "juju".
See it is in the culture of Indians to sleep with their house helps and even their wifes know.
