New video reportedly taken from Syria shows air-defense interceptors taking flight after US President Donald Trump announced that the US, UK and France would strike Syria.

"God bless you, God bless you," a man can be heard saying, shortly after the interceptor seemed to collide with a missile, making a large boom sound.

"F*ck those American bastards," the man from the video says.

The Syrian Army reports shooting down 13 US, UK and French missiles.

On Friday night, Trump said that strike operations were underway in response to an alleged attack in Douma, which Damascus and Moscow maintain was a false flag. Analysts are puzzled by the logic of Trump's decision to stand up against "Gas Animal Assad" by raining explosives on Syria and killing Syrians.

Damascus, Homs, a research facility in Barzeh, and an IRGC base in Qasioun Mountain have reportedly been targeted during the military operations.



According to reports, explosions have been heard within Syria's Damascus region as US President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he was ordering to "launch precision strikes on Syria."

Multiple unconfirmed reports have surfaced of Syrian military bases being struck by US, UK and French airstrikes. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has stated that a scientific research center was also hit, Reuters reported.

Amid US President Donald Trump's announcement Friday, netizens took to Twitter to share photos and videos of "big explosions" going off.

The U.S. military can talk all it wants about blowing destroyed or totally weak nations away, and talk all about how great it is and how invincible it is, but if Russian tech even hit half the incoming missiles the U.S. military had better start thinking twice, and all the war hawks had better figure out where all that money went!
Syria hit 70 plus percent of America's "nice, new, "smart" missiles with 15+ years outdated Russian crap! Syria did not even use anything "good, " and it was Syria, not Russia, that repelled the attack. That dear folks equals DOOM . You can't win if a relatively small economy nation who bought old Russian toys was able to repel you with no help from Russia, and partied the next day!
The bottom line is that unlike the gulf war, where America had real superiority, this time around America went against technology that happened to be "enough". All it takes is "enough", it really does not matter if your missiles have 128 bit tech when 16 bit is "enough". The game has changed.
It appears Russia was going to attack, and the U.S. was threatened into stopping the attack
This is probably the case. When this started, it was "going to be sustained, lasting days". Then a large number of Russian planes took off, and suddenly America stopped attacking after only about an hour. Here's what that adds up to:
A threat was made that a 7000 MPH hypersonic missile was going to go into the center of the U.S. fleet with a megaton warhead. This is pure speculation, but think about it -
How do you go from "we are going to attack in waves, for days" to "an hour into the battle let's call it quits"? And it is now confirmed that the Russian missile systems knocked out virtually ALL American cruise missiles, resulting in a totally failed missile attack. A few planes dropped bombs and then went home, with nothing returning. I think America quit because:
1. Russian defenses worked perfect, and America was watching it's missiles go POOF on computer screens before they reached their targets, and
2. Russian war planes took off after the air defenses were very well proven, with confirmed destruction of practically all cruise missiles. That alone would not stop an American attack, but if any planes were carrying nukes it sure would, if it was proven Russian air defenses would escort those planes to their targets unscathed.
The big proof: the "days long attack" lasted about an hour.

Let America be the "victor" in Syria if it stops the conflict.

America got it's tech handed to it in an old oil pan from bob's garage, there are endless videos of America's missiles being shot down and everyone knows it, yet the Pentagon is claiming complete success. FACT: Pentagon propaganda won't fool Russia, intact targets are the proof and Syria is off the hook largely unscathed. At this point the best thing to do is let the Pentagon be the "five year old that beat uncle at chess" and forget it. For the first time America attacked a nation that was actually able to bring a gun to the fight

There are claims that Russia was hitting nothing because all the missiles they fired went too high for cruise missiles that "fly 100 feet off the ground". But the missiles were dropped from aircraft this time around, and approached from above, which means the videos everyone saw with high air bursts were consistent with actual shoot downs. Syria had no trouble with posting pictures of a university research facility that got hit, why are there no photos of anything else? That's your answer in a hand basket.

A day after the US-led attack on Syria, the suspicion run deep in the public over the results of the massive missile strike carried out by the US, the UK and France.

The Pentagon says that 105 cruise missiles were launched at 3 targets in Syria adding and all of them hit their targets.

The Russian Defense Ministry says that 71 missiles were intecepted adding that there were 8 targets of the US-UK-French missiles strike.

Since April 14, SouthFront has been receiving indications that the US military leadership is concered over the results of its military action.

Informed sources close to the Pentagon say that the US military is about to launch an internal probe in order to get a true picture of the situation, a real number of missiles, which had hit their targets, the reasons behind a minor damage delivered by the strike and the explanations how the Syrian Air Defense Forces had been able to intercept a part of the missiles using their old-fashioned air defense systems.

The Pentagon’s statement that all the 105 missiles hit their targets raises eyebrows because videos showing at least a few missile interceptions are available online.
