Act as the front desk secretary to the company and also the office manager. Supervises all other staffs.

BSC or HND plus NYSC
30000 for 3 months probation period.
45000 after probation period.

BSC or HND without NYSC
25000 for 3 month probation period.
35000 after probation period.

ND
25000 for 3 month probation period.
35000 after probation period.

The office manager should be efficient in communication in English.

Reports directly to the MD.

Must be able to use and effectively promote and manage the social media accounts of the company at all times.

Manages all corespondings to and from the company. All proposals,letters and any communication to our clients.

Maintain necesary business contact between the company and clients.

Any other related work as been directed by the MD/CEO of the company.

Compensation

Salary + commission.

Salary during probation is 15000.
5% commission on every completed deals.
Probation period is 3 months.
Salary After probation is 20000.
