The idea is to combine a certain chemical compound known as Synthetic Molybdenum Sulfide with titanium dioxide (a known paint formulation substance). this new additive will act as a silica gel that is used for packaging several consumer goods in other to keep them free from damage that could be caused due to absorption of moisture.
So, the new material will absorb moisture and solar energy from the air in the atmosphere, this absorbed air will then be splitted into Hydrogen and Oxygen, and hence collecting Hydrogen for use in fuel cells or even to power vehicles.
