Many Arrested, Cars Destroyed After Armed Policemen Storm Mile 3 Market by NewsAfriq: 10:16am On Apr 17, 2018
Cars were destroyed after An unidentified government official allegedly stormed Bishop Okoye Street mile 3 market with armed policemen.



Some persons sustained injury while some persons were were arrested during the raid ordered by the government official.



Businessmen and women trading opposite mile 3 market illegally were forced to leave with their goods, alongside their properties.

The unidentified government official brutally came out from his from his car, picked up wooden material, destroyed wind screen of over 5 vehicle.

A lady who pleaded anonymity said the armed policemen arrested a shop owner who challenged their action.



She said, “The policemen arrested the shop owner because he challenged their actions. He only told them not to destroy his customers cars.

“They also molested the man alongside a woman who claimed her car – Lexus 300 – wind screen were among those destroyed.

“The unidentified government official threatened to order his men to shoot her to death, as the woman was tackling the unidentified government official in mufti – dressed in white dress and black trouser.
