pls help. why should i be getting this when i visit my website at times

This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is root.

that is from your webhost.

it was actually happening in just one cyber cafe

then possibly the cafe's connection is fluctuating or . . .loads of possibilities

Sometimes, it may be linked to the ISP the cafe uses. Its possible some poeple have done some shaddy, corrupt internet deals and this deals are linked to the ISPs public address. As a result some sites may be blocked. Similar things happen frequently

i also noticed that all the websites on the dns(ns1. and ns2 ) my website uses are not always available when my site isnt available at that same cafe, so what should i do to resolve this?
