Hmmm...I really don't understand dis country as a whole...no sector can b trusted towards goodwill...As one is doing his/her, so also the other too.

After Jumia biggest competitor "Konga" started having issues and sold out! Jumia introduced the so called "QC" quality check policy with charges which was however not down to earth with vendors but what can vendors do? Nothing!

The term QC means the product/Item has to go through proper check at the drop off hub to make sure its not a wrong product as displayed on site, counterfeit etc.

Products/Items go through QC at the hubs before been shipped and even when returned/rejected by the customer.

But to our surprise, the so called policy has taken a new twist in recent time as unrealistic claims and charges/deductions started pouring in....

Is this not CORPORATE SCAM?
