This is a video made by me as i navigated through the ever busy Apapa Oshodi expressway this is what the Apapa Wharf Road Construction has caused , tough gridlocks on Oshodi-Apapa Expressway as you can see the Tanker drivers seen on gridlock trapped, truck and tanker drivers ,take over the entire Oshodi/Apapa express way, denying other motorists access.Both sides of the major express-way were over taken by the articulated vehicles. The service lanes are not also spared. Motorists whose offices are located along the axis are forced to park their vehicles and Motorbikes all known as Okada on the other hand, are the only alternative of transportation to move about ...is this how stressful people living and working around that area go through daily ?
