Please what’s the cost of painting the interior of a mini flat (i.e living room, bedroom with toilet en suite, kitchen, guest toilet)?

depends on the color.....some colours blend quickly......
depends on the wall.....has the wall been painted before or you want to paint afresh....

maximum is two big paint rubber i.e 20 liters or less that's if it's not white colour and not a virgin wall


painters price for 20liters is 4,500 to 4700
non- painters- up to 5000

small paint rubber. i.e 4 liters is around 700

Emulsion has this smooth feel


there are other types to
Gloss....this is the shinny type you see mostly on the exterior parts of buildings and on the lower part of bathrooms because it repels water, can be clean but conducts heat.

Satin is the very cool type the looks and feels so so cool

depends on the height of the wall and the absorbtion rate of the wall


For emulsion....1 big bucket for the room
texcoat...1.5 to 2 bucket for the living room....

if the painter is good you could get 1 big bucket of texcoat plus one small bucket of emulsion(he/she would mix bought) and you are good.
