Our Client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meets quality assurance objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance

• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures and inventories.

• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence and determining operational and performance qualification.

·         Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits and investigating customer complaints.

• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

 

Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes

·         BSc in chemistry, microbiology, or any relevant field

·         Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance manager or similar role

·         Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

·         Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

·         Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

·         In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards

·         Outstanding communication skills

·         Great attention to detail and a results driven approach

·         Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

·         Reliable and Trustworthy
