CHIEF CHIMA DESMOND ANYANSO: ABIA FAST RISING EMPLOYER OF LABOUR AND PUBLIC OPINION INFLUENCERINFLUENCER.


This year May Day celebration was unique as an Abia young entrepreneur who was awarded in recognition of his uncommon commitment in service to humanity, faithful philanthropic and inspiring leadership quality by the Nigerian Labour Council Abia State Council, Dr. Chima Desmond Anyanso, the Chief Executive Officer of Caades Oil & Gas Ltd, added glamour to it.
With Dr Chima’s glitzy entrance into the venue, the event kicked off in a festivity mood. Chima who holds a certification in Executive Management Development from the Peter Yobin College of Business of St. Johns University Manhattan, is presently running a successful company that has secured a pride of place in the country’s ‘Ivy League’ of petroleum conglomerates. The company which has since generated a turnover in excess of $1 billion, consulting for such international companies such as Addax and Vitol and engaging with such renowned multinationals as Total, Mobil, Oando, AP, Wabeco and so on.
In his opening remark as the Chairman at the 2018 May Day Celebration of the Nigerian Labour Congress Abia State Chapter, Dr. Chima recognized and appreciated the efforts of every worker in Abia State, stating that it will be impossible to talk about national development without a dedicated labour; men and women who give their all to ensure the wheel of progress is in continuous motion.
He further expressed optimism that the workers should let no one tell them that they have not done enough, because it is evident that without their efforts and contributions, ‘our nation would not have come this far’.
Dr. Chimaobi Anyanso, a House of Representatives aspirant for Bende Federal Constituency also took his time to appreciate the Governor, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, who has demonstrated his love for Abia State workers and through his dedication and service to ordinary people and in driving the vision of self-sufficient Abia State, he has placed Abia State on the part of stable progress.
A philanthropist by default, Chima has established the Ahuoma Anyanso Education Foundation in honour of his mother and for the pursuit of quality education in the deprived rural areas. The foundation built the first free Nursery/Primary school education category system in his hometown and has recently completed the first sets of graduands on 3rd July 2017. The Ahuoma Foundation has over 500 students undergoing the free Education system. Being a young man himself, he is tireless in his crusade for the creation of opportunity and skills for the youths, not just in his home town and State but in Lagos as well.
