BECOMING VALUABLE IN THE MARKET PLACE
Every human being created is valuable in the sight of the Maker. He values us and that is why the thoughts He has towards us are of good and not of evil, so we will have expected end which He imagined prior our creation. We share in that attribute of God that is why when we create something, we always like to protect such inventions because they are valuable in our sights.

As we look into the society, communities, nations, there are many people who are valuable. Valuable in the sight of God; valuable in the community and respected sometime because of their age, wealth of knowledge and at times for being custodian of such community's rich history; valuable in the place of worship; valuable in the family and among friends. The role they play can never be over-emphasised; many a time, you might not feel their importance until they are no more playing such important role.

It is like withdrawing Messi from Barcelona's midfield; withdrawing Fela, Gani Fawehinmi, Martin Luther, Mandela from freedom struggle. It is an energy sapping substitution and everything becomes ordinary. Brazilians would explain better as most valuable player was withdrawn against Nigeria at Atlanta '96. The great Ojukwu's withdrawal from Biafra could also serve as a great example.

All the above is to emphasise how important and valuable people could become in the society. Now, let's narrow it down to you: HOW VALUABLE ARE YOU IN THE MARKET PLACE? If I may ask you, IS IT POSSIBLE TO BECOME THREE TIMES AS VALUABLE, MORE THAN YOU ARE NOW AND EARN THREE TIMES MORE THAN YOU MAKE NOW? A.b.s.o.l.u.t.e.l.y! Start with personal development.

Jim Rohn said, "I've come to learn that income does not far exceed personal development. Of course, sometimes income take a lucky jump, but unless you develop, it would soon go back to where you were"

Dear reader, the best way to be valuable in the market place is to add value to the market (people) and evolve consistently through personal development. Get formal and informal education. Now, you and I know that, BECOMING VALUABLE IN THE MARKET IS BEYOND MILLION LIKES WE GET ON SOCIAL MEDIA. yes, it's a great marketing tool but it makes little or no sense if million likes can not be yield cash.

Jot down notes and lyrics of songs which strike your mind, read books, LISTEN TO STORIES OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE FAILED, listen to stories of people who struggled to succeed. "To have more, you need to become more" said Earl Shoaff. He also said "work on yourself than you work on your job".

TO RECAP
* change from inside
* get serious (be consistent.)
* Don't be lazy in learning and reading. it is beginning of wealth to be hardworking.
* Be smart and discipline. (A week of neglect could cost you a year of repair)
* Break your bad habit consistently
* Get into your future and get better
* Learn communication, marketing and selling.
* Do not be in haste but move quickly towards getting meaningful things done.

Put everything you've got into everything you do to become valuable in the market place.

You will succeed!
