nlanders pls help. we ar currently in a quagmire here, we av bought 2 electric transformers in 3yrs wit our hard earned resources pulled togeda, n again d transformer is bad, tenants are relocating n businesses ar folding up... The BEDC manager covering my area is requesting we shud go buy another transformer n our spirit are already broken...

Pls wats d procedure or criteria to request for a new transformer? Especially wit BEDC.
