Why can’t it be banned?

Doctors are the ones to give the best answer this your question well, i think they do prescribe it to some patients with certain illness.

Tramadol is now blamed for everything, even when the drug does not cause such side effect. It smells so artificial now, almost as if some rival is trying to get the drug off the market.
