Which type of local dog u want, u want those long ones or short ones? Or u want hairy ones or short coat ones?

I dunno of places in Abuja, but I know dt all oda neighbouring states has infact pedigree local dog from working lines, even nasarawa

I wish I have contact in Nassarawa, I wouldn't mind driving down by weekend to get it.

My advice, if u know hunters in Abuja or someone dt sells bush meat, ask the person for where hunters buy their dogs cos hunters will not sell the one they use for hunting. I am currently in jos, if not, I would ve linked u

local dogs are security cautious but you'll need a pack of at least 3 for the kind of security you need em for... 1 can do d jub tho but its 50/50

nice, please treat the dog well. the "local dogs" have so much potential but, like everything Nigerian, have been neglected because of colo-mentality.

Just one cannot do the security alone you need at least one more local dog to complement the one you bought and it will be better if the dogs are raised together.

they are small in stature for a guard dog n they know that, having just one is like having a barking and empty threats machine.. a park of at least 3 -4 will give them more confidence dan needed to strike wen necessary... , i consider ekuke d baby brother of gsd... some ekuke are fearless n would strike almost immediately but wat are the odds that this one will... very slim... u need more

Since u need a dog for security, my advice is u get a security dog like rott. Caucasian, pit bull, not an ekuke. I love ekuke though, it goes well with palm wine

a dog cannot save you only God can, most dogs will run and hide under extreme pressure especially if untrained which is very common among Nigerians.

I hope you studied the parents of this puppy, and I hope the parents are territorial because chances are if the parents are territorial then it will also be.
Ps. That guy is right though, just one ekuke Wilmot do, you need a pack of at least 3.
