Good morning house. please am in need of computer gurus who can help me to profer a solution to my laptop. There was a time I tried to upgrade the Windows of my lappy but to no avail it never downloaded, soon after it started bringing up a blue screen with some information on the screen. whenever I restart it it booths and as soon as it shows the blue screen it stops there. The lappy is Toshiba 32 bit. I know it's not a graded type but kindly help me out I have attached the photo of the screen. Thanks.

This could be 2 option: 1 it maybe the OS is crashed 2 it maybe the hard drive is crashed also . What you will just do is to try to re-install the window first. Hit me on whatsapp for guideline 08139462401. 1 Like |
