This blog post is about family prayer life and not just prayer but how to teach your children how to pray at an early stage of their teenage life.

This parenting article contains all you need to know about Christian, family parenting and how prayer can become a natural part of your daily family life.

“I recently read a book about Christian parenting and I came across a family story about how to teach your children to pray early.

In the book, Jerry and his wife Ijeoma welcomed a new baby girl Bella Ibe into their family. They named her after their mother-in-law.

Their first night home from the state hospital, Jerry opened his big family Bible in the book of Psalm 1 and began to read it continually, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly…” As father, mother, son, and daughter, they prayed.

After a while, prayer became part of their daily family lifestyle. The read their Big family Bible and prayed together in each daily family devotion they did in the evening.
