You can, make sure you pay for tracking (either use china post registered airmail or alixpress standard shipping). As a newbie run away from China post small packet as it is untrackable down to Nigeria. The item would be sent to the post office close to your shipping address.

Specify to the seller to use Singapore post. Don't ever in your life use China post they are so very useless. 2 months now and package hasn't arrived. I used Singapore post for another package and it arrived in 7days
