Lagosians always in a hurry

It is a pity. The roads are not enough for the number of cars.
And each time new roads are built, even more people pack into Lagos and add more cars to the roads. So the roads are still not enough And traffic remains.
The unbearable traffic puts one in a state of haste. Hence, people are always in a hurry.
