FOR EXAMPLE:

P.O. Box 52, 45 Jack-Brown Street

Then, fill the other fields as specified (i.e., City/State, Country, Postal Code). You can search google or Wikipedia for the Postal Code of your State or Area.

A Postal code, is a 6-digit number (e.g., 410001)
