I did know you could report tithe payments, same goes for any charitable donation.
American pastors would never even think about building an university. Sounds like a good business opportunity actually, except the jailing part. Instead the money would go to flaunting their oppulent lifestyle.
I know and heard of several pastors who skate by while fleecing their members. Several got called to testify before congress and nothing happened.

Oxford is Public, you just need to get high grades to get in By you saying its private well i give up.if you check all Uni gets funding from the government,besides aeveryone gets funded that goes to Uni cos no one's Dad pays thier tution fees.Even if I chose to go to a private Uni, I stil get funded by govt and pay back when I earn certain figure.
