Truely, no individual is above the law no matter the position he/she occupies in the nation. The law must take its course. And the rule of the law must be obeyed by all irrespective of whom is concerned.
For the recent alleged implication of the president of the Nigerian senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki by the arrested Offal robbing suspects. And the police claims to the invitation of the senate president for questing and later asking him to do so in writing within 48 hours. Thereby, resulting to the joint session of the NASS where solutions ranging from passing vote of no confidence on the IGP and invoking the law, in order to impeach the president amongst other resolutions reached at the joint session by NASS.
All these actions and inactions by the executives and legislature should be handle with cautions to avoid over heating of the polity that may leads to choas and break down of law and order. Which definity, will cause overcrowding to our ready crowding IDP camps around the country.
