Internet is unregulated for most part so a blogger or web site has not violated your right by posting a picture of you, clothed or not. Embarassing pictures and videos of nudes and intimate acts are rampant these days and often are posted without consent of the displayed party.

It is tricky to get a web or blog to remove your image from their site and never repost it. Nothing in internet browsing law (which is non existent to begin with) binds a poster to remove your image, once it enters public domain your image no longer belongs to you.

So how do you reclaim right to your image and forbid it in public domain?

There is a loophole in every law and even where no law exist there is a loophole to introduce one.

The first thing you should do is pose in same position and take pictures with same visuals as the one on internet.

Second, get a lawyer or notary to certify the pictures as authentic and true image of you.

Next, file for a copyright that grants you exclusive rights of ownership of your breasts or butt or pussy or thighs....whatever part showing that you want off the internet.

Then, after you obtained the exclusive rights, notify the blogsite or website of your exclusive rights of posession on the items they have on the website and request that they take it down in order not to infinge on copyrights law....which is punitive. If a Judge wants to come down hard he can rule it as theft.

If they refuse you can go to court and enforce removal...because you are in court, you can ask for damages on grounds of emotional distress and depression caused by the theft.

Your face has no value, nor privacy because it is never shielded in public anyway, therefore you cannot file copyright for face.

Parts of you that are covered....or that in which society has accorded values, like pussy, breasts, butt, thighs, can be copyrighted.

Good luck!

If you need notary to check and certify parts BabaRamota can help. grin grin
