Hello I was sent money through western union from my uncle in Canada. I couldn't go to a bank because it's very far from where I am. I used the quickteller app yesterday, but it kept telling me to try again later only to wake up this morning to see a " transaction already paid out" and I didn't receive any money. How do I know who got the money, or is it in my account cuz I checked and didn't see any Please guys I need a way to deal with this |

Send a mail to their customers service with screenshot of transaction message n transaction ID. |
