If every other thing checks, this can be waived.

Why don't you look for a retired nurse from Nigeria who will like the offer? She will tick those your qualifications.

Employer is still undecided about hospital to use so we have three options :

A: Employer stays with employee if she has an extra room and in this scenario, employer will be paying for accommodation and services.

B: Employer sorts her accommodation issue herself and employee be making daily visits.

C: Employee helps/recommends an affordable short let that is close to her and the hospital.

The whole idea is/was to have someone handy.

Answer is B

C requires employers budget on accommodation and precise location so its best for employer to sort all these out and we find in-house or daily commute carer
