Everyone suffers from underarm sweat, You can really feel uncomfortable and  embarrassed especially when the underarm sweat is getting way too much. The causes of sweating are actually diverse and don’t always correlate with heavy physical activity . Taking a closer look at the food that trigger underarm sweat may be the solution to stopping those sweat glands in their tracks.

You can be worried about going to public places and avoiding fancy clothes. You don’t have to suffer through sweat - soaked shirts anymore if you reduce or avoid certain food, if you follow this tip in a couple of days.

Take a look at some of these foods to avoid so that this problem of underarm sweating comes to a full stop. Paying notice of these foods to avoid, you can solve the problem quickly. Reduce Coffee, Tea intake  .
Reduce the consumption of coffee, tea, chocolate, soda. Coffee contain Caffeine which stimulate the glands that produce sweat, causing them to go into overdrive. Coffee activates the sympathetic nervous system to cause sweating.

Reduce Chili Pepper
Many of us love food that contains pepper as we don't even taste food without pepper. peppers is not good to eat as it causes you to sweat excessively. Chili peppers may overstimulate your sweat glands, So you have to minimise your intake of chill
