This is insane. Flogging a child at all not to talk about for the sake of unpaid school fees. Is she the one that´s supposed to pay? Why not flog her parent?. If schools are this senseless, what are they supposed to be teaching the pupils/students? Am still struggling to understand the rational of beating that child for something she can´t even control. This country is just insane. 97.9% of people you see are not normal. |
