Glo still remain the second largest network provider in Nigeria with 25 percent share of the market. Upon their terrible and bad network or service, their cheaper data plans seems to have drawn a lot of users to their network.

According to Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) report, indicates that glo subscribers got over 400,000 subscribers in the month of April.

Glo had 39,042,9797 subscribers in March, which grew up to 39,523,811 in the month of April, sharing an increase of 480,832 customers.

The report also added that Glo has gotten 1.36 million more subscribers to its network this year, 2018. Glo had 38,228,018 subscribers in January which rose to 38,423,184 subscribers in February, and swell up to 39,042,979 in March and later increased up to 39,523,811 in April.

The sudden increase of Glo subscribers might have been the newly rollout of series of attractive and user-friendly packages, thus making them cheaper, affordable and accessible by everyone.
