unikwa:I think you don't have to make it open, why not say how much you want to pay. I have seen farms that pay between 30 - 60k per month to farm hands |

Thanks yomie040. I'm not being evasive. We're just starting out on this journey. We don't yet have details of what everything goes for. That was why I made it clear in my OP to send expected pay.
