There was massive jubilation earlier today in Kwale area of Delta state after a notorious cultist, armed robber and kidnapper was gunned down by security operatives. The entire community virtually came out in their numbers to celebrate the death of the hoodlum who had been terrorizing them. According to reports, the kidnapper was allegedly responsible for the death of a man identified as 'Importer' (picture below). His corpse the paraded for the people of Kwale to see and rejoice.
