HOW TO DEVELOP LASTING GRATITUDE

Start being grateful now. This moment you have is priceless so cherish it you need not wait for a bigger house a better job or more sales.

Consistently thinking about all the good things in your life while you can always fall back on everyday blessings—family, health, home, etc.—try meditating and you'll surely come up with new things to be grateful for each day. Writing them down will also help you.

Give help and support. this not only resonates with the law of sowing and reaping but when you go out of your way to help those who are less fortunate than you are it makes you realize how much you have to be grateful for.

Say thank you for even little favors buy more importantly feel it
Be present our minds are more adrift today than ever before with so many things calling for our attention. if you really want to learn gratitude you have to be intentionally present in the present you can't be grateful for something you didn't take note of.

Have a complaint free day or hour or at least 30 minutes. Let it be a period in which you'll just ignore things which irritate you and you'll be better off for it.

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.— John F. Kennedy

Go be grateful.
