It has now become a norm for the Nigeria soldiers to be creating traffic at Lagos Ibadan expressway.they position their check point at a bus stop called obadare from obadare down to arepo is where you will join the traffic they created .

They are doing nothing but collecting bribe from trucks .please we need someone who can report this wicked soldiers to the right authority .
