Entrees are listed below:- a. Fried rice b. Jollof rice c. Egusi soup d. Gari (medium sized balls covered with aluminium foil) e. Fried ripe plantain halves or pieces Snacks are listed below:- a. Buns b. Puff puffs c. Meat pies d. Suya or beef kabobs e. Moi moi (wrapped in aluminium foil) f. Chin chin The beverages that you will serve can be juices, wines, or beer.
