U just love making useless noise. This was el rufais project during his tenure as fct minister, that's why he was invited for the commissioning. There was no APC in 2007 but the people who have this country's best interest at heart, regardless of party, are the ones who completed the job.OK. so expect many more of obj and Jonathan's abandoned projects to be completed by buhari. He doesn't even need your likes praise, anyways!

El Rufai served under Obasanjo in PDP. Correct?
It is expected that illiterate supporters of the Fulani herdsman president won’t understand what abandon means.
You can meet Femi Adesina for a lesson.

Previous Govts Initiated ‘Most Of The Things This Administration Is Doing’ – Adesina

A majority of the projects the Muhammadu Buhari administration is working on was inherited from previous administrations, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity has said.

Mr Femi Adesina said this when he appeared on Channels Television’s special Independence anniversary programme on Sunday.

“Most of the things this administration is doing – 60 to 70 percent of them – were initiated by previous governments,” he said.

We know the illiterate who cancelled another metro in the south.
PDP did not abandon its project.
.
Is it not a shame that for 16 years in power your PDP couldn't complete and commission this project and couldn't also complete the one the illiterate abandon?

I can see that Wike has complete Ameachi portharcourt light rail project abi?
