IT IS A TRIBAL THING AND ONE THAT 50 MILLION IGBOS ARE DETERMINED TO USE TO SET EXAMPLE FOR AFONJA AND ABOKI IN THIS COUNTRY.

NIGERIA HAVE EXPIRED, NOT ALL THIS TIME WASTING ABOKI AND AFONJA ARE DOING.

IGBOS KNOW THE COUNTRY HAVE EXPIRED AND WANT THAT TROUBLE.

EITHER THEY PAY INNOSON OR THEY FACE ALL 50 MILLION IGBOS.
In addition to being a raging tribalist, it's clear you're also utterly ignorant of the concept of "separation of powers", which is why you think Buhari has anything to do with a Yoruba judge being in Enugu. As if that weren't bad enough, you lack even the basic intellect required to understand that by far the biggest losers under any scheme where regional judges are allocated on a tribal basis would be Igbos, who have by far the biggest willingness to relocate outside their own region. To be frank, I'm shocked that any Yoruba person would even be willing to take on a position in the SE, which from the Yoruba perspective would normally be considered a "hardship" posting.

In any case, all of this is irrelevant, considering that you haven't shown even the slightest willingness or ability to engage the actual content of the judge's ruling and argue its merits/demerits on an objective legal basis - no doubt because you don't have the knowledge you'd need to say anything meaningful, which is why you seize instead upon "tribal" irrelevancies like the typical intellectually-lazy Nairaland tribal warrior you are.

GTB IS NOT THE AUTHORITY HERE.

IF BUHARI KEEP POSTING YORUBA JUDGES TO SETTLE IGBO AND YORUBA CASE.

THIS CASE WILL BE FILED IN THE US.

NIGERIA LACK CREDIBILITY TO HANDLE THIS SOUGHT OF CASE DUE TO TRIBALISM.

GTB SHOULD PAY INNOSON HIS MONEY.

50 MILLION IGBOS ARE FOLLOWING THIS CASE WITH ALL ZEAL.
You are such a fool for bringing tribalism into a case that involves two corporate entities. What's buhari's concern to bring a Yoruba judge to witch hunt an Igbo businessman. You guys should stop being myopic and allow your education take absolute course in the way you think and act. Stop being barbaric

I can't tell whether you're serious or sarcastic.

Abalaka?!

Seriously?

You've lost all credibility.

ALL THE YORUBA JUDGES WANT TO FIND WORK ONTOP INNOSON HEAD.

USELESS JUDGE.

And here, ladies and gentlemen, is a typical example of how people with flat heads reason.

If you want to know why biafra failed, and will always fail, just examine the assault on logic above.

all the posters before u and including u are all talking rubbish.
Innoson my dear brother is trying to waste the time of the court on frivolous preliminary objections. If u actually read the OP submission, u Will understand this.
Am getting very irritated with this innoson of a man. He shud just go to court and prove his innocence, (after all his name is innocent) instead of employing an army of social media touts to try to sway the igbo public with emotions, and at the same time filing various fictitious motions in court.
I am igbo. But I don't buy his stories.
