NCAN will certainly need to employ either pie-chart or histogram to identify which region to blame. The group respects federal character safe for those at Sambisa.
But the "North American University" and its students look really very horrible.

OP why is Houdegbe North America picture up there?
Houdegbe is not the only university in Benin and I can bet you that most of the released student are not houdegbe students because many of them cant cope at houdegbe so they transfer to other places were they buy their results easily then spend the remaining year flexing their school fees but keep deceiving people in Nigeria that they are in Houdegbe

Why is the Nigeria Embassy in Benin Republic changing this story? I am Amaized. Now dey are trying to blame we d students. Here is the whole truth about this matter. On Wednesday 4th of July 2018, the police officers from Ablangadan police station raided a house at pk10 behind Houdegbe North American University. In suspision of cyber criminals (yahoo boys), on getting to d house the yahoo boys have already been tipped off by an unknown source so dey were not home then the police officers started knocking on students door if they open d police will ask if the student had a phone once dey see the student phone and laptop dey will handcuff him and brand him a yahoo boy that was how dey arrested 13boys that day. The boys were first taken to pk10 police station dat evening and later were transfered to Ablangadan police station at 7:30pm dat same day. Some student went to the police station that same Night to inquire what was going on, the police officers told us to get a lawyer for them that they cant tell us anything until they see the lawyer. So the 13boys slept there that Night. On Thursday 5th of July 2018 we all went to the police station again to see how we could resolve the issue, The police officers paid deef ears and acted like dey dont understand English at all. So we decided to go to the Nigerian Embassy in Cotonu to help us with the issue. The councilor Came to the police station at about 2:43pm and spoke to the commander of the police station and they told him dey will release the innocent once among them we waited at the station till 10pm the police officers said they are yet to take there statements we went home that day and the 13boys remained in detention. On Friday 6th of July 2018, students gathered in front of Ablagadan police station soliciting for the release of the 13students arrested since on wednesday afternoon even parents from Nigeria came to d station and still no response from the officers then we decided to call the Nigerian Embassy again to tell them those student are yet to be released the councellor said he was going to send somebody to come to the station we all waited till 2pm we didnt see anybody from the embassy so we all decided to go to the Nigerian Embassy on getting to the Embassy the Councellor said he has sent someone to the police station we told him we havnt seen anybody from the Embassy and we were not leaving the embassy until someone follows us to the police station at 4:00pm the President of Nigerian communitee in cotonu came to the police station he was sent by the councellor, he came he spoke with the commander and also with the students in detention after which he came to address the students outside the police station. He told us the students are yet to write there statements and after which they will be taken to court on saturday where the innocent once will be released that they are not suppose to be detained for more than 48hrs. We all went home with the comfort that the innocent once will be released on saturday. On Saturday 7th of July 2018 at about 8:00am one of the 13boys was released on the basis that he was to write and exam in Ghana after which he is to comeback to Benin Republic to appear in court. He was the one that told us that they were not going to take d remaining 12student to court that saturday that it has been postponed till Tuesday, this news was shocking some students went to the police station to confirm the news and it was true and we didnt hear from the Nigerian Embassy anymore. We tried everytin for them to released the 12students b4 Tuesday but to no avail. On sunday 8th of July 2018 we still went to the police station to give the student food and other things they needed and helped some of them contact their parents. On Monday we went to the police station again dey still paid deef ears and acted like dey dont understand english language but they are the same officers helping the students translate there statements from English language to French. Yet dey pretended not to understand english. On Thuesday 9th of July we were suprised to see the news on The Nations news paper. I think that was wat prompted d Embassy to do follow up d case again already the students were already on there way to the court at porto-Novo. At about 2pm 5students were asked to be remainded in Porto-Novo prison awaiting trial on Monday 16th ofJuly 2018. And at about 7pm 7students were released. The truth is that the police dont have evidence against this people all dey saw on there phones are Google verification code, A white man picture. The remaining 5students are to appear in court today and the embassy got a lawyer for us dat will represent d 5students and we are the once paying for the lawyer 600,000cefa not d embassy. Hopefully dey will be released by the end of today. So please you wont blame innocent student for staying in their house.

Many of them are ready to bash Nigeria for no reason. Imagine that silly one talking about a beninoise university and comparing it to Nigerian universities.
