Jesus’ test for faith. Have you tested your faith?

Matthew 17:20

He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

Many believers that I speak with state that they have faith in God yet no one has yet stepped up as Jesus indicates above to prove their faith sound and justified. . . . .Most believers do not tend to test their faith in their relationship with God in any real way. Many claim a personal relationship without ever having a personal encounter with God. . . . .

The ancient Jews were said to have tested their faith and been rewarded, by God helping them do miracles most of the time. Moses is a good example of this with him parting the sea into two amongst many other miracles, Elijah tested his faith in front of the prophet of Ba'al, Joshua and the Israelie army in their conquest etc. If a man does not test his faith and prove it, then it is just an empty claim. Have you tested your faith or indeed, should you test it the way Jesus asked?

Christians claim that others must test their faith eg they attck Muslims and science for not proving some of their claims, When they are yet to test their own faith in front of others. Should those of faith not have to live by this same rule since according to them those who debate them must? I was astonished when alexleo was denounced by other christians when he came forward to test his faith on the other thread. . . . .

As usual, you show your ignorance to the things of God. Those who know Jesus understand His statements better. By the way, many were said to have faith or full of faith in the Scriptures. Your idea was not the proof of their faith. Do you even know what faith is?
